Berthold Bombers: Explosive Talent!

We had fun at this year’s class B tournament and joyfully watched the Berthold Bombers grab a second place finish.  We’ve been able to get to know a number of Berthold folks through senior and family sessions so it was a pleasure to capture a couple of the games on film (or should we say “on digital”).  Be sure the watch the video at the end for additional pictures from both games on Friday and Saturday night.  If you would like to see all of the images in one gallery, visit our web site at www.gemarphotography.com and click on “client proofs.”  Enter the password: bombers.

CONGRATULATIONS Bombers!  You were incredible!

2011 Seniors: This is for YOU!

It’s time to book your senior session!  We have limited availability this year from June to October.  Sessions have already started booking so call us today and reserve your spot!  Plan to have fun….lots of fun! Be sure to watch the video below to see samples from last year. We’re excited to introduce new ideas this year!

Friends: Loads of Fun!

Reason #1293 why being a photographer is so rewarding?  Capturing two friends having a “friendly moment!”  Diane was due to pick-up her daughter’s senior order and called us up shortly before her appointment and asked if there was any way we could grab a few shots of her and a close friend.  “Absolutely….” was the first thing in our minds!  “I just want shots of us goofing off and having fun” Diane explained.  That’s what we love doing the most.  Capturing true emotion.  The real “you.”  Diane’s friend had no idea they were going to do this until they were on their way up to Minot.  It was spontaneous.  It was unplanned.  It was a true moment and loads of fun.  Diane is in pink (you’ll notice tears of joy in a few shots).  Thank you for bringing so much life into the studio.  Here’s to having fun and letting it all go…..

WPPI: Las Vegas!

We were out of the office much of last week – hence, the reason why our blog has been a little neglected the past 7-10 days.  However, it’s going to be grand central station around here pretty soon and we look forward to it!

Attending the WPPI conference in Las Vegas last week was amazing!  Photographers everywhere!  And, a great deal of information was learned and we look forward to implementing all sorts of ideas generated from it.  We look forward to the year ahead – growing in business relationships and growing as artists.

The view from the Paris Hotel and Casino:

Prada:  Perhaps a gift for my wife?  Sorry!
