This is no joke…during the outdoor portion of this engagement session, we experienced pretty much all four seasons within a 1/2 hour time frame! It started as a snow storm (yep, serious!) switched to rain, then the sun came out and it felt like summer. Finally, we felt the cool air and were surrounded by the colors of fall. So, if you time it just right, you can experience some amazing ND weather within a short period of time! Now….it took an amazing couple like Matthew and Angela to pull this off with no frustration. In fact, it seemed like they had more fun in these conditions than if it had been 75, sunny and a slight breeze. We look forward to the big day next fall. It’s going to be one to remember!

It’s hard to come up with the right words to describe this experience. We could say fun, amazing, hilarious, loving and powerful….however, that would only be a start. So, we’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves. It was such a beautiful morning. Thank you, Murphy family, for an experience to remember…..
If anyone has taken a flight out of the Minot International Airport recently, you’ll know first-hand just how difficult the parking situation has become – not to mention how packed inside our current cozy terminal building as well! The good news – plans are underway for an all new, state-of-the-art terminal building. And…it’s absolutely awesome! We were recently contacted by Edward Balkin of CooverClark, an architect firm from Denver, to photograph the model of the potentially new terminal. A unique opportunity for us and very interesting, we enjoyed this opportunity. We’re excited to watch the progress of this project and hope to utilize the finished product in the not-so-far-out future!
We had such a great time photographing this awesome couple back in the summer of 2008 – July 5th to be exact! It was a perfect day and an amazing start to an incredible marriage. Now, over four years later, here we are – the same couple full of life and joy. It was an honor to capture them once again – it felt like it was just yesterday that we were enjoying a warm July morning with a wedding to follow that afternoon. Here’s a look at a few of our favorites…..
